The ancient energy practice known as Qigong (or Chi Kung) is a powerful tool which can help reduce stress and more importantly, improve our ability to cope with the stressors that may be present in our lives.
In this 56 minute video you will learn:
The video is broken into 2 sections:
In the first half you will go through a series of simple instructional videos where you learn 9 different Qigong forms (i.e. exercises) that are designed with stress reduction and resilience in mind.
In the second half we will put everything together and do a full length practice together. This 20 minute practice is designed to be done every day for a period of 30 days and possibly longer.
No Qigong experience is required.
