Qigong For Stress

The ancient energy practice known as Qigong (or Chi Kung)  is a powerful tool which can help reduce stress and more importantly, improve our ability to cope with the stressors that may be present in our lives.

In this 56 minute video you will learn:

  • A simple Qigong routine for stress reduction and resilience.
  • How to regulate your nervous system.
  • How to support the various energy channels and organs that play a role in how we respond to stress.
  • How to open the heart and become less rigid.
  • How to clear stagnant energy and bring in clean energy.
  • How to use healing sounds to harmonize the mind and body and reduce stress.


The video is broken into 2 sections:

 In the first half you will go through a series of simple instructional videos where you learn 9 different Qigong forms (i.e. exercises) that are designed with stress reduction and resilience in mind.

In the second half we will put everything together and do a full length practice together.  This 20 minute practice is designed to be done every day for a period of 30 days and possibly longer.

No Qigong experience is required.
